Extraordinarily disillusioned with this product !!!! Have not even had it a 12 months and has not been working for final two months on both of my TV's regardless of attempting all of the advised fixes on line. Tried to return however got here up that it wasn't eligible - so clearly this product shouldn't be underneath guarantee both like regular electrical merchandise for a 12 months. Not solely have I misplaced the price of buy of this I paid for Prime so I might view programmes on it - so will no longer be renewing that both. Would Warning strongly in opposition to buying this product as Amazon not offering a 12 months warrantee and searching on line there are quite a lot of different individuals who have had the identical issues.
