Tried to return however got here up that it wasn't eligible - so clearly this product shouldn't be underneath guarantee both like regular electrical merchandise for a 12 months. Not solely have I misplaced the price of buy of this I paid for Prime so I might view programmes on it - so will no longer be renewing that both. Would Warning strongly in opposition to buying this product as Amazon not offering a 12 months warrantee and searching on line there are quite a lot of different individuals who have had the identical issues.
