Having searched far and wide in vain for a baby gate to fit our extra wide partition between kitchen and dining room (as we have cat litter and also don't want to have to use loads of cupboard child locks) , I was delighted to find this product which fits gaps up to 135cm.
The product arrived securely packaged with all necessary parts and clear instructions included. There was also a sign over a gap in the gate which appeared bent but was simply necessary to ensure the gate was properly fitted.
Installation of the gate was relatively simple and I managed on my own. Mounting cups were attached to the wall with sticky pads (or screws) which ensured non-slippage, and once the extension pieces were connected (easy peasy) it was just a case of tightening the screws so that the aforementioned gap closed up.
The hardest part came at the end of tightening when you really do need some brute strength to ensure it is correctly fastened as it is a pressure fitted gate, and this...
